Rhein Tech Laboratories, Inc. (RTL) was founded in 1988 as a full-service design and compliance engineering test laboratory. Our staff boasts graduate engineers with MSEE degrees, as well as NARTE certified Engineers and technicians. We have grown with the industry into other areas of testing such as: Wireless (RF testing), Military (to standards such as MIL STD testing), Telecommunications, Medical (EMI testing), Automotive, Safety, EMC performance, and EMC testing.
Our staff has received extensive training in aspects of Hardware Product Development with emphasis on Compliance Engineering designs to assist with FCC and CE certification, as well as other requirements. We can design your new project, from conception to final printed circuit board, with emphasis on EMI, to meet any standard. We can also review your existing schematic design; analyze complex printed circuit boards for potential compliance problems, and provide recommendations that would alleviate problems through EMI testing.
Our mitigation solutions can be accomplished with your production schedule in mind. We have mitigated and tested industrial equipment with complex multi-layer printed circuit boards, to wireless high frequency broadband Personal Communication Service (PCS) tri-band cellular phones, as well as WLAN devices. Our services include FCC, EMI, CE, EMC and RF testing, CE mark certification, FCC certification and testing to standards such as MIL STD and MIL STD 461 testing for the military and avionics industry.
