The Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) in Canada published Radio Standards Specification RSS-192, Issue 5, Flexible Use Broadband Equipment Operating in the Band 3450-3900 MHz. Main changes to this specification include:
Frequency range extended from 3650 MHz to 3900 MHz with standard title updated accordingly.
Transmitter output power modified for indoor base station and subscriber equipment other than fixed subscriber equipment.
Requirements added for out-of-frequency band unwanted emissions for equipment operating beyond 3900 MHz.
Test report requirements removed.
Editorial changes and revisions to clarify terms where needed.
