Question: Many of our certification applications contain some of the same technical documents we have submitted in support of prior applications. May we refer the TCB reviewer to these documents to support our new applications?

Answer: No, the FCC and ISED Canada treat each application individually and require that each application stand on its own. It is necessary to submit all of the technical and administrative exhibits required by the applicable FCC or ISED Canada rules and regulations for each application.
